What Goes Into Our Phad Thai (and Its Noodle Cousins)
From the homemade sauce on our Phad Thai to the signature Simply Thai Noodles — a tour of the noodle section of our menu.

The noodle section is where many first-time guests start — and where plenty of regulars never leave. Here's what sets each dish apart.
Phad Thai
A traditional Thai favorite: rice noodles, egg, and onion stir-fried and finished with our homemade sauce, garnished with red cabbage, carrots, roasted peanuts, and fresh bean sprouts.
Simply Thai Noodles
Our signature egg noodle recipe with fresh lime and roasted garlic, garnished with roasted peanuts, green onion, and fresh bean sprouts — the dish we named after the house.
Phad Se-Ew, Rard Nah & Kee-Mao
All three are built on fresh large, soft noodles. Phad Se-Ew goes savory with egg, fresh broccoli, and traditional Thai seasonings; Rard Nah is finished with a special fermented soybean sauce; Kee-Mao turns up the character with basil, tomato, green beans, bell peppers, and bamboo shoots.
Pick your protein
Every noodle dish comes with chicken, pork, or tofu at $18, beef or prawns at $22, or salmon at $25.
